"Learn, Interact, Network & Kickstart Your Career – UP! (LINK-UP)" is a program organized by PT Santos Jaya Abadi to identify fresh graduates ready to be groomed into future leaders. Through this event, participants not only gain insights into the professional world via sharing sessions with industry experts but also have the opportunity to undergo the recruitment process for the 2026 Management Trainee program.

To find the best candidates, PT Santos Jaya Abadi is hosting LINK-UP events at several leading Indonesian universities—specifically the Electronic Engineering Polytechnic Institute of Surabaya (PENS) on March 11–12, 2026; Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) on April 14–15, 2026; and Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) on April 20–21, 2026—all of which are open to the public.

The program includes a series of selection processes, such as in-person interviews and business simulations. It reflects the company's commitment to supporting fresh graduates who possess a drive for continuous growth, the courage to face challenges, and the readiness to become the next generation of leaders through the 2026 Management Trainee program.
