On May 28–29, 2026, PT Santos Jaya Abadi participated in the Internship Fair organized by Petra Christian University (PCU) at Building Q, Petra Christian University, Surabaya. The event served as a platform for students from various study programs to gather information on internship opportunities, gain insight into the professional world, and prepare themselves for their future careers.

 

At the PT Santos Jaya Abadi booth, students had the opportunity to learn more about the company, its work culture, available internship programs, and the recruitment process. Beyond gaining information, students also participated in a "guess the product" game for a chance to win coffee or snacks provided by the recruitment team.

 

Through its participation in the PCU Internship Fair 2026, PT Santos Jaya Abadi aims to reach and recruit promising young talent while supporting student competency development—offering learning and practical work experience in an industrial setting to help cultivate a skilled workforce ready for the professional world.
